The Puzzle Card is telling us of a blockage to our plans and progress. This can often indicate a communication barrier between conscious and unconscious. The ego wants one thing. The unconscious wants something else. The result is a paralysis of decision-making powers and frustration.
Maybe the answer is to wait and hope that inspiration comes. Time certainly decides a lot of things, but we all know that we cannot dodge a pressing issue or leave it forever in the psyche's in-tray.
