20 ways to get the most out of the cards

  1. Relax. The 40 beautiful cards are there for you to enjoy.
  2. Let the cards talk to you. They are a series of signs and symbols to guide you.
  3. Study the cards and decide which cards you like? Which cards do you not like?
  4. Link each card to aomeone you know, to your memories, dreams and aspirations.
  5. Remember each card has different meanings when related to different people.
  6. You decide what specific meaning each card has when related to a specific individual.
  7. Some people find the Direction cards (No’s 1-4) confusing and they block the continuity and fluency of your reading. If this is the case take them out of the deck. They are valuable when you have to make a specific decision…
  8. The Inquirer card is you. For some people it is not helpful. They exclude it from their readings.
  9. You are in control of Psycards. The ‘Death’ card does not mean someone will die. It may indicate ‘something has reached a conclusion.’
  10. Psycards are not magic. They simply reflect and evoke what is in your mind.
  11. You decide how you use the cards. There is no rigid book of rules.

  18. If the reading is centered around Inquier Card, the cards around it, left and right, above and below have an influence on the Inquier Card.
  19. Read cards from the left to right, from past to present to future.
  20. On a three level spread what is above the centre line is the spiritual plane, what is below is the unconscious.

Working with the cards

  • There is not a rigid book of rules.
  • Shuffle the deck to encourage chance.
  • Use Psycards upright. Don’t turn them upside down.
  • You can select those cards that are revelant to your problem and just work with them.
  • You are looking for connections between cards. The card you are focusing on may have relevance to the cards nearest to it and indicate a meaningful connection.
  • What is nearest is relevant to the adjoining cards.
  • It may help you to take out the Yes, No, Now, Never cards.
  • If you are the Inquirer Card and the cards close to it are influencing you.
  • Read cards from the left to right, from past to present to future.
  • What is above could indicate the spiritual plane. What is central shows the current and actual. What is below a central line of cards that could indicate “the unconscious”.
